Everybody wants to go out and find that perfect property for themselves and their family. But not everybody actually does any planning before heading out and searching for that perfect property. Before you even step out the door to start your search for the perfect home to buy, grab a pen and paper and write create a checklist of all the important qualities that the property you’re looking to buy must have. This list should contain items like… •Minimum number of rooms •Minimum / maximum cost of the house you are willing to pay •Location •Amenities that must be close by (like schools, or shopping or?) •And anything else that you consider important.. For example is a back yard a “must have” or you need a garden, or you require a basement etc…
